PRE ORDERING

Food is an important part of what we do here at Bake’s, and we want our customers to have a great dining experience when they come to visit us. We differ from traditional restaurants in that we are also presenting live performances each evening. Thusly, our time window for table service is much smaller. In keeping with our intention to create a full listening experience for our guests, we try to keep movement and noise in the room at a minimum while the musicians are playing. This is why we serve dinner prior to the downbeat. When we have your orders in advance, this enables us to more efficiently serve you in the timetable that we have and for you to have a more pleasurable and relaxing meal.

We also differ from traditional restaurants in that we are typically only open two nights per week. Because of this, it is important that we are mindful as to how and when we order supplies from our vendors, so that we do not waste food and ultimately drive up the costs for our customers. When our customers make their meal selections in advance of the performance, this helps us function in a manner, which is not only fiscally efficient but also environmentally friendly.

Please note that with our new ala carte menu, you are welcome to order appetizers and desserts from your table. We continue to request that entrée and salad choices be made at the time that you make your reservations.
